I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who supports kids, teens, and adults. From running creative art afterschool programs, teaching dance, and nannying, I have worked with kiddos in many different capacities for over 15 years.
During sessions, you’ll find me getting creative. I use play, art, music, movement, nature, games, and sensory tools and combine this with evidenced-based approaches. As a therapist with ADHD, I greatly enjoy working with neurovdivergent clients as well. Navigating the neurotypical world can be an adventure. I’d love to support you.
I work frequently with people who have experienced trauma; are feeling stuck; suffer from anxiety, depression, negative body-image or perfectionism; or are navigating grief & other major changes. This work looks different for everyone, but I aim to create a space that feels as non-intimidating & non-judgmental as possible. My style is a little informal, authentic, and direct. I love helping people explore what makes them unique, while also discovering what helps them feel connected to the world. I also utilize modalities beyond talk therapy, such as EMDR.
