Erika Anton, MA, LCMHC

My name is Erika and I am a clinical mental health counselor, dedicated to supporting children and individuals facing anxiety, PTSD, and neurodivergence. With a commitment to nurturing resilience and fostering growth, I aim as a mental health practitioner to provide a safe and empathetic space for healing.

I utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), ecological therapy, and experiential therapy. I use a variety of other therapeutic modalities as I believe an eclectic approach can help find a good fit for individuals' journeys toward wellness.

I believe in empowering individuals to discover their inner strength and cultivate lasting change. Through collaborative and supportive therapy, I strive to help clients develop coping skills, build resilience, and navigate life's challenges with confidence.

Beyond my work as a counselor, I find joy and rejuvenation in a variety of personal interests. I am an avid outdoor enthusiast, finding peace and challenge in activities like climbing, hiking, kayaking, and canoeing. My dog is a cherished companion, and spending time with them brings immense happiness. I also enjoy expressing my creativity through practicing the trumpet and exploring the intricacies of sleight of hand. These activities enrich my life and can inform my approach to well-being

Please note that I do not offer custody or litigation services. I am happy to provide referrals for custody cases.
