Taylor Ludwig
MSW, LCSW, LCAS, RYT
Reaching out for therapy takes courage, and I’m glad you’re here. My style is warm, collaborative, and welcoming to individuals, couples, families, and young people of all identities.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, ADHD, relationship concerns, identity exploration, sexuality, and life transitions. I often use somatic approaches—like grounding, breathwork, and gentle movement—to support regulation, insight, and reconnection.
As a sex therapist, I help individuals and couples navigate desire, intimacy, communication, and the impact of stress or trauma on sexual wellbeing. With children and teens, I use playful, developmentally attuned methods and work closely with caregivers.
Whether you’re processing trauma, shifting relational patterns, or seeking clarity and confidence, I tailor therapy to your needs and honor your expertise in your own life.
I offer telehealth across North Carolina and in-person sessions at the Roots to Renewal Counseling office. I offer a small number of reduced-fee slots through Open Path. My Open Path profile can be found here.
If you’d like to explore working together, I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation. I’d be honored to support you.
